Location - Ouachita Forest area of Southeast Oklahoma

Note:  Quote in response to an inquiry will  NOT block the calendar for you,

           others may be interested in the same time - the first one to put down a deposit will have

          the reservation - all other quotes will be deleted for that time period. 

          This is not a chain - the entire cabin is rented - not a room or portion. 

            After deposit is made,  we expect you to keep your reservation. We do not keep a back up list -

            there will not be a refunds for no-shows or cancellation within 3 weeks of reservation date,

            before that time, we will work with you to refund deposit or move date of reservation.  

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin - fully furnished. Hot tub. WiFi. Direct TV. Modern Kitchen.

Both bathrooms are complete with a tub and commode

Queen size sleeper sofa.

Grills - propane furnished for gas grill, charcoal grill -bring your own charcoal. Central heat and air.

Remote controlled gas log fireplace-- turned off during warm/hot months - so that air conditioner will not be

used  with  fireplace which also warms the living area -- makes a problem for the Heat Pump.

Picnic area has fire pit, table and benches behind cabin.

Deck wraps 3 sides of cabin. Quiet rural area-- not for loud parties. Pet friendly - with pet fee.

 Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.

Dog pen on grounds can be used - bring a lock for use if desired to put on gate.

Horse shoes and ladder ball set up for outdoor games.

No smoking inside.  Drop all used smoking materials into fire ring -

not into the trash inside - and never onto the ground. 

Washer and dryer. Linens furnished. Cooking and serving utensils in cabinets.

48" HDTV in living area, 32" HDTV in back bedroom - DVD Player hooked up to both.

Circle drive and parking area provide plenty of  parking.  

Whisperwind is one of half a dozen cabins on the short tree lined lane - each on acre lot -- low dust and traffic.

No check ins will be scheduled to take place on a Holiday  -- so that cleaners can have the day off -- 

plan to arrive the  day before -- July 4th,  Easter,  Thanksgiving,  Christmas, New Year's.
